Hold your shock. Since then the US government has done nothing to deal with the growing presence of the Anthrophage Blight, a magical disease that turns its victims into cannibals. Nothings besides imprisoning the sick inside the ZCS detention center and revoking their citizenship. 

Now it's looking like Prometheus and their Underworld Associates may be planning something even more sinister for coastal Washington city. Can Charlie and her friends put a stop to it?
